The room, shower & surrounding area are very nice.

It would have been better if they allowed access to the range top in the kitchen to allow tenants to prepare meals. The restaurant quality & diversity nearby is not good.

It was clean.

Troubles with the hot water, bad view, cooking (even simple dishes) is not allowed,

No breakfast - location was good

Trying to get the shower on was quite a puzzle! After showering I got on my bed which just had a top sheet on it. When I went to get up I looked and the top sheet was so dirty. I then looked at my feet - I had just showered and they were very dirty just from walking from the bathroom into the bedroom. We asked the manager to order a taxi to bring us to the airport for an early flight. We were outside in plenty of time, but after 15 minutes of waiting, we talked to a passerby and he called us another taxi, who came and got us to the airport in a timely manner. When I told the manager that he had never shown up, she contacted him, and he said he picked some people up - but it wasn’t the right people. Quite a difficult way to start a long day of travel.

The location & the furniture

The ants all over the room and poor cleanliness of the room, after 3 minutes of walking barefoot we realized that the floor was dirty, a quick look and we saw hair and dirt in the corners outside the shower and ants which unfortunately were both in the bathroom and in the room. Was a shame because the room itself it is nice
