Las Flores Lombok

This was our worst accomodation experience in more than 3 months of traveling in 6 different countries. The house itself looks nice but when we arrived there were so many mosquitos (we killed together more then 40!) in the house that it took hours before we could go to sleep. The doors did’nt closed properly (this was fixed the second day) and the waterpressure of the shower was poor. There is/was construction noise on two sides and I suppose this construction will take some time. It was pretty dirty in the street of the house and the worst thing of all; we saw about 8 cockroches in the 3 night we stayed in the shower and kitchen (unfortunately we did not make pictures but they where quite big) After all this horror we ask the owner for a compensation in the price but this was no option for the owner so no discount or compensation in any other way (not even the rental scooter) was offered. We where very dissapointed and would not recommend to stay here aldough the staff where very friendly.

The house was lovely decorated and the kitchen well-equipped. Fresh drinking water brought to the house. Near to everything by scooter. The staff was very friendly. The AC works well.

It is very close to a mosque that will wake you very early in the morning. Also we could never eat or sit outisde. There are too many mosquitoes. Obvisouly the house still deserves a top rating.

Extremely recommended. Everything was just perfect. The house is beautiful, very new and functional. The staff who is very friendly, helped us in every single situation (late checkout, drivers, we had a problem with the scooter and in 30 minutes we got it changed, …) The location is very close to Kuta, which can be reached by 5 minutes of scooter.

One remark that I know does not depend on the house itself is that there is a moschea nearby and at around 5 a.m. starts the call for the preyers. We woke up every single morning due to that. Nothing that can be changed tbh but I think is something to take into account.
