"Soggiorno piacevole, struttura oltre le aspettative."

Struttura ben restaurata e ben tenuta. Con una cura dei dettagli oltre ogni aspettativa. Un appartamento accessoriato in ogni sua parte. Sulla strada si trova facilmente parcheggio libero ed è a un passo dalla piazza centrale di Recanati, collegato a questa da un ascensore. La struttura è garanzia di un soggiorno piacevole. Un saluto al proprietario!

La cucina era dotata di tutto, anche dell'apparecchio per fare la schiuma al latte! Cialde per il caffè di vario tipo, spumante e panettone di benvenuto, olio, zucchero, spezie per cucinare, detersivi in abbondanza.... La casa calda e confortevole e vicina agli ascensori per arrivare comodamente in centro. Massimiliano super gentile e disponibile

Posticino tranquillo con tutto ciò che serve! A pochi passi dalla piazza per poter girare la zona di Recanati dove visse Giacomo Leopardi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, che ci ha consigliato molti posti da visitare, alcuni tour da fare qui in zona e tanti ristoranti/ bar per cenare o fare aperitivo.

Posizione super perché collocata appena fuori le mura di Recanati vecchia, la vista dalle finestre del salotto e della cucina, diretta sul Conero, è eccezionale. Bellissimo il tavolino per la colazione davanti a una di queste e mangiare con lo sguardo rivolto verso il paesaggio. Cucina completa di ogni strumento (ci sembrava mancasse solo il bollitore). Accoglienza super gentile e disponibile.
