Cleanliness can be taken care of especially the bedsheets and pillor covers.....rest everything was good....Thank you for the service ( best and cordial staff out there).....clean toilets and room over all.....services were fast

Cleanliness and location

Overall the stay was good....staff was helpful.....I only had one small quarrel with the cook for refusing to make food....but lter the management handled the situation....the management shld take care of such behavior with guest. Rest all was good

Cook behavior for one instance.....i have asked him to make Cheese Sandwich only but he added Mayo in name of cheese and added veggies as well.....later when confronted he stated arguing this is the sandwich he will make...take it or leave it types

Clean room

After arrival manager changed our stay an take us to another place, that was not booked an have less **. The location was not so good.

Nothing

Booked in 6 weeks ago on arrival rude staff told us we had to go to another hotel. This hotel had cockroaches, was dirty and badly run. DO NOT STAY HERE

Very nice rooms, cleanliness and staff behaviour.

Location was near bus stand but in a congested lane
