The person in front desk very rude and unfriendly

I loved the main room with the pool, volleyball, and the arcade area. It was a perfect place to have fun with family. I also really liked the restaurant. It had a breakfast bar, and the food was really good. There were also some nice staff.

When I walked into my room the smell was overpowering floral. Our bedding didn't feel quite clean, they felt pretty stiff and clingy. They might be using too much starch to wash them. I didn't like the way the carpet felt while walking barefoot. You can tell it's an old carpet. There are some things that are pretty dated.

Lobby was hot, has indoor area with games but feels like it has no A/C. Manager was rude.

I wish I could doat on this property but it is in serious need of renovation.

Grumpy front desk clerk, run down common areas, no security locks on the room doors and a worn out key card door handle. King size bed was comfortable enough but we only had 3 very small pillows. The bathroom was in sad shape. Carpet was torn and worn and the entire place smelled of Glade Plug-Ins.

Handicap rooms were way down the hall.

Beautiful hotel

They never made our beds or changed our towels two of the three four days of our stay.
