Spectacular View City Centre Haven

Good area and close for buses to town etc. nice views.

Keys had to be jiggled in lock. Did not open smoothly. Clothes horse broken. Address on website says 5 Montegue St - it is 57 Montegue street Contact details incorrect in folder Given 2 PIN numbers (same numbers different order)

The location was very convenient for us to enjoy all the sights of the city. The apartment was spacious and having two bathrooms was very helpful. The view was great.

We knew we were renting a flat on the top floor but we would not have rented it had we known about the condition of the steps. Also the information provided about the apartment was somewhat lacking. In looking for the thermostat, we had no idea it was not on a wall. Travelers, especially from the US, could use a little more information. Also, the door falling off the washer was not good and there was no response to our message about it.

Lack of lock on bathroom door! Only one toilet

The flat itself is decent, clean, a good size and has comfy beds. Views over Arthur’s seat and easily walkable to city centre.

It’s in a shared building which is really run down in the shared stairwell outside of the flat. We had an agreed early check in 3pm but it wasn’t ready. Only one teaspoon for a flat of 4. There is a broken door on the dishwasher.

Views were great. Cleanliness excellent. The apartment was lovely and spacious and very comfortable.

We could not access terrestrial TV. The Yale (?) key to the actual door of the flat was very difficult to turn in the lock and we had to struggle a bit to get in!
