MYThe location is brilliant. There's a Jollibee right next door and there are malls just a 5-minute walk away so food and shopping is not a problem at all. The house itself is nice and the view from the upstairs room is lovely but on the whole, the house needs plenty of work
We were not told what unit or floor the apartment was on. I tried calling/messaging the contact person but she only responded until much later. Thankfully the guards at the apartment knew which apartment was ours. The heater in the upstairs shower was not working. The fridge was dirty. I opened the kitchen cabinets and there were baby cockroaches. Many plug points were not working. The TV couldn't be plugged in. Location aside, I would not recommend this place
PHIt’s location is very accessible to transportation,malls and other establishment. The apartment itself is very clean and big. I like that they dont have conditions on big group. Very accomodating owner.
One of the lobby guard was rude. He was always saying pay parking first, pay parking fee first He didnt even assisted us the hows of doing it properly His reaction toned down when i told him paying is not a problem just assist us first coz its your job
