It was winter so it was great to hagra heated outdoor pool and be able to go back and forth to the thermal bath, either public or private. We needed somewhere for the kids to have fun despite the bad weather. The room was spacious if a little past its peak and the kids loved the buffet. Hayri was a very welcoming and helpful member of staff, attentive to our needs and others could learn from him.

Swimming pool, nice views of the mountain, friendly and available staff

Our room was very hot and the air conditioning position was not really arriving at the bed properly

Sarkan did his very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible .very pleasant person was also there during our check out

Air conditioning in rooms needs to be looked at and upgraded

The temperature of the public hot spring is hot

Very nice hotel and tasty breakfast. We were there during winter season and room was perfectly warm. Swimming pool with thermal water was clean. I can recommend this hotel.
