"Sehr heiß und viele Moskitos im Zimmer!"

Das Hotel macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Gartenanlage mit den vielen Bäumen ist sehr schön. Bei dem kleinen tiefen Pool lief an 2 Tagen eine große Pumpe. Das Frühstück ist passabel.

Wie sind am Mo. 06.04.2026 Abends eingescheckt. Das Zimmer war voller Moskitos. Nach dem auspacken zweier Überseekoffer verlief die erste Nacht einigermaßen von den Temperaturen mit der Klimaanlage. Bereits am nächsten Tag, wieder Moskitos im Zimmer, da das Personal alle Türen beim Arbeiten auf lässt. Die Temperatur bei de Klimaanlage war auf 17,5 Grad uns Stufe Max. eingestellt. Im Zimmer weit über 25 Grad. Die Rezeption wurde informiert. Ein Techniker hat die Anlage überprüft. Es sollte alles funktionieren. In der Nacht von Dienstag auf Mittwoch um 2:00 Uhr morgens, wieder Ausfall der Klimaanalge. Die Rezeption fragte, ob die Klimaanlage repariert werde sollte oder on wir ein neues Zimmer möchten. Wie haben uns für eine Reparatur entschieden. In der Nacht haben wir dann in einem anderen Zimmer mit halb funktionierender Klimaanlage geschlafen. Am Mittwoch kamen dann 2 Flaschen Bier im Sektkühler ins Zimmer mit einem handschriftlichen Entschuldigungsschreiben. Nette Geste. Der Techniker war wieder an der Klimaanlage. Moskitos wieder im Raum. Von Mittwoch auf Donnerstag, wieder um 2 Uhr Nachts. Ausfall der Klimaanlage. Wir haben die restliche Nacht wieder in einem anderen Zimmer verbracht. Am Donnerstag morgen wurde dann endlich der Fehler gefunden. Wir konnten dann noch ein wenig schlafen und bei angenehmen Temperaturen die Koffer packen. Ausgescheckt sind wir dann um 19:20 Uhr. Die Rezeption wollte uns als Wiedergutmachung für die Zukunft ein Frühstück anbieten. Ich habe es dankend abgelehnt und erwarte eine Gutschrift oder einen kostenlosen zukünftigen 5 Tage 'Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal wurde auch stark reduziert. Beim Frühstück wurde bei den Produkten reduziert (Früher Dim Dum, etc.).
