AU3 staff were nice, the other 3 were very unfriendly and down handling
Being returning customers for over 3 months we had no benefits whatsoever. Even more so, we were asked to pay for the coffee in the mornings if we don't pay for breakfast!! We usually stayed mo-fr, not once were we asked if we needed clean towels. Not even our overfilled bin was emptied!!

I did not like that the hotel does not have air conditioner in the rooms, especially the ones orientated to the direct sun, I would very much appreciate if we can find a very explicite guide in each room regarding to how the hotel explains what it means pensiune completa., and use of the minibar also, when you have full service, Thank you very much,
