Excellent location as it is situated in the earth of the city, so bolt and uber rides were relatively cheap. The staff were polite, courteous and helpful The rooms and furniture are modern, smelled lovely, sheets were clean, soft and very comfortable.

The toilet in the single standard room was quite small and the toilet tap was faulty. The Wifi did not work.

Terrible

One of the cleaners told me he broke my perfume while I was out for a meeting. When I returned, I noticed my perfume was missing. I called the hotel management, and they attempted to cover up for the staff by offering me a free night, which I declined. Instead, I asked them to replace my perfume. Their response was that they could only compensate me with a free night, despite my expensive perfume costing over $400. I questioned them, asking if the situation were reversed, and my laptop was stolen, would they offer the same compensation? The staff claimed they mistakenly broke my perfume, leaving me wondering where the particles were. This hotel is terrible; your life and property are not safe there.
