Nothing - this place is a scam, it’s not a real property, no one is there, it’s not real. Don’t be like me and have to wait for a refund for a scam property! You cannot even get in. Look at the other reviews they been doing it for years they need to be taken off here

this place has stopped trading last year 24 so doe,s not now exist yet Booking .com still has it on thier books and takes your money when phoned police said they could not attend but would on the Monday ,am waiting this is a SCAM 100%

Facility doesn't exist anymore. I was charged for what doesn't exist. I became stranded.

Conveniently oppose Arnos Grove station.

There was no communication before arrival, check-in details were given very last minute when we contacted them. On arrival, the property smelled strongly of cannabis and the kitchen smelled of off food, there was no room in the fridge for our food. The room had not been cleaned, there were open drinks left on the table, the bedding was visibly unwashed (let alone the smell) and there were no extra bedding or towels for our third guest who was meant to sleep on the sofa bed. When contacting the host to ask for clean and extra bedding, they took 3hrs to respond in which time we had decided to leave because it was so gross, and we were exhausted from a day of travel and needed to sleep. We kindly explained all of this and requested a refund, but are still waiting for a response.

The toilet was so dirty and there was a horrible mat by the wash basin that was soaking wet.
