The hotel is in an excellent location, with a variety of restaurants conveniently nearby. It offers top-notch facilities and outstanding service. The staff are friendly and highly cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Stayed here recently and was pretty disappointed. The hotel is near a residential area, but the place feels really run down. The mattress was rock hard, the toilet wasn’t clean, and there were stains on the sofa and bed sheets. The air-conditioning didn’t work, and the ceiling fan was dusty. Definitely not a comfortable or relaxing stay.

Many hotels in the vicinity. Area was good.

Overall cooperative staff but poor housekeeping. Washrooms need to have proper amenities like toothpaste, soap, a clean towel and proper lighting. Bed covers were not clean. Furniture was old. Dustbins did not get emptied daily.

Receptionist bohat he Zyada badtmez admi tha, even I'm married but i showed him all the papers including my nikkah nama and he is very mannerless

Help from manager and staff with luggage and other problems

Problems with wifi and signal, but they did their best to help
