Courtyard Hot Tub

Perfect space for a group of friends and lovely location

Would maybe like more of a variety in the shop nearby

Loved how spacious it was lovely area nice to have kitchen etc in each house

We only had someone come check hot tub once in 5 days although it stated in the book somone would come daily and i belive they only came on the 2nd day as i rung n said the chlorine tablet had run out and the water was smelly the hot tub didnt get to temp often was cold or luke warm n the jets didnt always work size of property 2 hot tub would be better as the hot tub is for 10 it states however id say maximum with a squash 6 would fit some nice outdoor furniture would of been nice as bences had seen better days and uncomfy how 6 had an awful smell when any other house emptied shower or ran any water when i reported it i was told all the dirty water comes up in house 6 so to run tap to get rid of smell however this didnt get rid of smell and tbh it was unbearable not nice to smell while trying to eat sleep etc my little boy askef to swap rooms due to how bad the smell was i reported it again n was told again to just run a tap again house 6 the peice of wood next to door was hanging of with nails sticking out and door stuck massively i reported it was told someone woulf come n didnt the shower in room 1 was that hot it burnt my neices skin again reported was told a plumer would come but never arrived in the 5 days room 3s shower was absolutely freezing never heated up so was unable to use mix n match of utensials oven gloves etc between all 6 houses u had to search each houses to be able to cook washing machine in one property but no where to dry as there was a clothes rack that was broken again reported was told each house should have one however we only had 1 broken one between all 6 houses when the manager arrived he said he couldnt find another clothes horse so we had to make do the place needed a spruce up overall we made the most of it but wouldn't stay again as the customer service wasnt the best
