The staff were excellent and Mary was the most elegant and wonderful lady. She was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant served really good meals. Good breakfast and dinner options. They all went above and beyond for us. Another plus point was EV charging in the hotel for our car.

The shower was not that strong. Especially needed after snowdon hike.

The location, house, and surrounding gardens were very good.

The restaurant waitress was very pleasant. But even though the place wasn't busy she constantly made out she was rushed off her feet. Maybe this was due to her being quite disorganised!!! The room we were given was directly above the kitchen on the back of the hotel so was a little noisy first thing in the morning. The view from the room was not pleasant and this was supposed to be one of thier better rooms. We were expecting better for what we paid. The hotel wasn't anywhere near full so this was disappointing.

the hotel, staff and grounds are wonderful, we never stay anywhere else when visiting the area.

would have liked to stay longer, but we'll be back!
