Уютная квартира,было чисто и всё что нужно для проживания.Попасть в квартиру было несложно хоть мы заехали поздно.Был чай с кофем что радовало.

В квартире холодные полы мы не стали разбератся(может и можно было включить).

We were there last year and everything was fine. The apartment is big and spacious for us and our expectations in a good location.

First, the bed linen on one bed was not clean. It looked like it had been used, and we found strands of hair on the pillowcase. There was a problem with the heating and there was no hot water in the bathroom. The water was cold. Probably some malfunction in the gas boiler had an effect on that. I don't see what else it could be.
