The beds are old you can feel the springs through the mattress The place is infested with cockroaches!!! Everywhere The host is non responsive The DStv is unpaid so we could not watch any tv

View is lovely.

Beds definitely need upgrade Furniture in the lounge is also worn out and dirty The shower curtain in the bathroom is long, and while u shower, it goes against ur legs, and the water doesn't go down. it's just disgusting . The basin water also doesn't go down when brushing teeth. And a lot of small baby cockroaches . The extractor fan in the bathroom is right where u shower. So it's dangerous if water goes in there, I don't know.

"The worst experience ever driving from capetown to Hermanus to sleep in our car"

I did not like anything because we never got to get in and when we phoned the host Jessica was so rude .when we arrived no one was there to accommodate us and we ended up sleeping in the car in a nearby service station.Went back in the morning wth the police she ddnt pick up her phone .To our surprise we got to be told by the manager of the estate that she is a problem and always complaints about her .We had to book another place no refund nothing and am so disgusted about her rude behaviour 😤😤
