Nice location near funicolare station. Cozy suffient space with equipped kitchen/living room area and bathroom. Federica is amazing host!

"Beautiful Orvieto spot for visiting and enjoying the city center."

Location was near to the city center, easy to get breakfast and good meals.

Nothing so far, if I could say something I would suggest a more detailed cleaning would make this property a 10/10

"Highlight of our trip."

It is in a lovely quiet position just off the Main Street and a very easy walk from the funicular. Federica is a fantastic host and made sure we had all we needed and some great locals recommendations for eateries..We loved our stay in Orvieto.

No negatives at all.
