We got there in time and they where fully booked after already accepting our booking after traveling over 100Km we had to find a new place to stay.

When I arrived at the venue I was told that they did not have a room for me. The place was fully booked all the rooms were occupied even though I had received booking confirmation number and pin from booking.com. What a waste of my time and resources so unprofessional. At that time of the evening I had to start looking for alternative accomodation.

The service is bad, I came to check in they sold out the room, and referred to some shacks in twin
