Flat was clean but it was so hard to enter it as keys are not easily available. Also outside of the buliding and inside looked like from horror movie, really good for filmming one. The outside of flat door has a number written with a marker and carpet in front od the door is from the car floor- great low cost solution. Incredible.

Avoid this flat if you are not from EU. Support number was Ai and fake also support number from Whatsapp is Ai and fake. First night I paid to sleep at another place because keys were hidden and agency is unable to use booking chat to send code (even I checked in on time). My first night didnt get refunded. I didnt expect to online check in for flat and than not recieve code for entering. I did not expect to ask that many people around for help how to enter this building that looked like from the horror movie. Also why nowhere is written that key is hidden behind the building and what key lock is. Why is that hard do use booking chat for details? I was calling support number for hours and messaging with Ai support number on whatsapp that was so unsupportive and fake. Also I needed to pay additionaly for the support calls. I was trying first night to enter flat for more than 2 hours and than booked another place so tmr we continued exploring around how to enter. I was sure the place is a scam as the support numbers are Ai and I was even ready to report this adress to the police. Overall terrible experience and my first ever horrible experience with accomodation. Hopefully some other people will be luckier!

Apartament spatios si locatie buna.

La locatie nu am gasit tigaie desi era un aragaz cu 4 ochiuri, nu aveai în ce sa pregatesti mancare. Am întrebat proprietarul de tigaie si mi-a zis ca ar trebui sa fie, dar am cautat peste tot si nu era. Nu s-a oferit sa aduca o tigaie desi am specificat ca voiam sa pregatesc niste oua pentru micul dejun... Apartamentul era curat doar la suprafața, mobilierul fiind destul de prafuit si cu fire de par.

The location was excellent as i want it. Center but not center. I didn't like center.

The apartment was great and the owner as i understood give a good effort for pleased the hosts. But the managing was terrible. They tried to use WhatsApp bots that was annoyed and not communicable. If someone has some trouble needs hours till figure out how to communicate with the real owner.
