We arrived two hours after the designated check-in time, yet upon our arrival, the flat had still not been cleaned, and the cleaner was in the process of doing so. The cleaning was not done to a professional standard. The shower, as shown in the attached photograph. No hot water. Additionally, there was no lift, despite the apartment being located on the fourth floor. Lastly, there was an air condition in the flat but was not working
