The suite was spacious and wonderful

Location and design

Location was fantastic, walking distance to the main attractions.

There could have been heavier curtains on the window as the light came through.

Location was great and loved the free buns in the morning.

The towels was very small ^_^ If we stay in upper levels it’s hard getting up with luggage although the staff are ready to help carry it for you.

Great design, very clean and very neat. Self check-in instructions were very well explained!

The only thing I would suggest for improving is providing more towels. For 6 people we only had small towels and it was hard to manage the after shower...

No black shades. One small bathroom and toilet for a 6 people suite, not comfortable.

the location is fairly central and the interior design is zen Japanese

I booked the 2 bedroom suite. looking at the pictures I was unsure if the living room had natural light - something very important for me. before booking 2 months ago, I asked and the hotel confirmed that there was a LOT of light. I checked again on the day to make sure I could get the right suite. again, the hotel wrote back saying there was a LOT of natural light and that we had a city view. Upon arrival we find that the rooms face a wall and that the living room has NO window whatsoever. i complain but nobody between the local hotel, the central UH office and Booking.com takes responsibility. At 300€/night this place is daylight robbery. there is no cleaning unless you ask for it only on the 3rd day. even then, they did not do the beds nor the (few dishes). they claimed that there are only tiny hand towels in Korea - a first. so tricky to shower and come out of the tiny bathroom. the shower leaks all over and we had to use up all the tiny towels to mop the floor. the coffee in the room is VILE when Korea has excellent coffee everywhere. no breakfast. we tried changing room but there is only one suite and no rooms have windows in this hotel. the average price in Gyeongju is half what we paid. avoid at all cost!!! booking should not be listing this place!!!
