The Great Bustard

The room was excellent with very good air conditioning. Good size and very comfortable. The ensuite shower room was very large with plenty of room and lots of sensible extras like easy to use shower controls and low lights so no need to fuss looking for the switch in the dark. The restaurant , bar , courtyard and garden were all lovely areas to sit and enjoy the excellent meals. All the staff were friendly and wanted you to have a great experience.

Rome okay, food very expensive

The hotel is lovely and the decor is beautiful. They did a beautiful job with their renovation. Breakfast was nice but didn't open until 8:30am and takes 40 minutes so it was a bit late. We had a few issues but they weren't resolved. I think once they fix a few things, it will be a great place to stay.

The thermostat wasn't working properly and the tv turned on several times by itself in the middle of the night which woke us up. We booked a table at 7:30pm and were given a table in the back dark pub like area with most of the people who were just having drinks and not dinner vs. the new beautiful dining room. I felt that we should have been given a nicer table given we were hotel guests and that was disappointing.

This place is Amazing! I highly recommend. I love everything about this hotel
