The environment is so calm

The Wi-Fi connection is very poor

The location is quiet and serene. The complimentary toast bread and omelet was good

They should clean the room daily and shouldn't wait for guest to complain first

The serene environment and lovely staff and food

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was very spacious. The lodge is in one of the most affluent areas in Abuja and was well secured. It is also easy to find. The staff were also very responsive.

When I arrived the beddings had to be changed 3 times because each set provided was either stained or contained hairs. The fourth set was good. The Wi-Fi did not work properly for the first day. There were no irons for guests to use. Instead, you must pay for their laundry services. I should say that each of these issues were raised with the staff during the stay and they found a way to help with each, but this was nonetheless my experience.

Staff was friendly and food wasn't too bad. Location was perfect and easy to find

The room advertised and the upgrade wasn't what was given. We basically made do. It was very disappointing.
