- Great breakfast with selection of great cheese and variety of fresh croissants filled with goodies - Amazing view over tens of kilometers of Tuscan countryside and the town of San Gimignano in the distance - Great, central bridgehead for experiencing Tuscany - Great swimming pool with the best view possible - Nice and clean rooms - Selection of local wines chilled to serving temperature available 24/7, also water soft drinks, snacks ice cream and more - Close to a variety of very good dining places (we loved Osteria La Saletta most, Osteria di Casa Chianti was also great)

- Flies and mosquitoes ate as alive at some point during our journey but this is a problem with the Italian September and not the place (mosquito nets are installed)

Patricia and Toni were very friendly host and made us feel like family. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The rooms with light, airy and modern. The pool area and views are incredible. A buffet breakfast is served every morning overlooking the Tuscany country side. You can even pre order your preferred croissant the day before! There is also a self service area with drinks and snacks at reasonable prices if you need refreshments during the day! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and will be returning in the future.

Advised to rent a car as taxis can be difficult to secure unless pre ordered and aren't the cheapest!
