Orange Tree House

Lorsque vous venez à Sipan, c'est une petite île magique, avec un mode de vie local et préservé de tout. Damir et Tatiana ont mis tout leur amour pour rendre leur projet de maison et piscine absolument magnifiques, une vue sur le port et la mer à couper le souffle, des couchers de soleil incroyables. Ils nous ont accueilli avec une immense gentillesse, nous avons découvert les talents de cuisinière de Tatiana 🤩, et également la passion de Damir pour la mer, la pêche 🎣 et la belle virée en bateau avec lui entre les îles. Nous avons testé un délicieux restaurant avec pêche locale, du vin produit sur l'île et une huile d'olive délicieuse👌 Toutes les raisons pour revenir dans cette villa si bien équipée et en si bonne compagnie, merci encore Damir et Tatiana pour tous ces moments partagés et cette parenthèse de paix et de bonheur 🙏

The location of the house was beautiful. We loved the swimming pool and the outdoor seating area, which both had amazing sea views. Damir and his wife were excellent hosts - they were very friendly and knowledgeable. We wish we could have stayed for longer!

We spent a wonderful and relaxing week at Orange Tree House on Sipan. The old stone house has been carefully renovated, has an excellent temperature and is equipped with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, with plenty of seating in the shade and a great view of the bay. Damir and his wife are exceptional hosts! They live (completely separately) nearby. They respect the privacy of their guests but are very hospitable and helpful if you have any questions. Damir is an excellent connoisseur of the island and even took us on a wonderful boat trip to show us the nearby islands. Thank you also for the extraordinary dinner and the many little greetings from the garden and the kitchen. We are looking forward to our next visit! Sipanska Luka is wonderfully relaxed, the water is crystal clear and there are some nice cafes and places to eat. Tauris stands out as a restaurant. There are also many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The Orange Tree House also has good bikes. We'll do that on our next visit!

It is great to have pool for exclusive use with a shaded place for eating, drinking wine a watching TV (if you really want to do this living on such a beautiful island as Sipan is). Furthermore, we were not hotel guest but rather friends visiting comfortable house assisted with host helping us to feel like locals. This was one of my greatest family vacations since Elafiti islands including Sipan are the place where I would like to stay for entire year. Strongly recommended for those who appreciate spirit of island life.
