We liked the app very much, the location is great.The app has everthing that you need to have great vacation.

The apartment is in a great location, just 2 minutes from a grocery store, a bakery and the first cafés. It is equipped with everything guests need to prepare meals and offers comfort for six people. There is a bathroom with a toilet and an additional toilet with a washing machine, the use of which is at an extra cost. Guests are provided with sufficient towels and bed linen. Media facilities include a TV and internet. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room, but it is available for an extra charge, which I found a little disappointing.

The biggest disappointment was that there was no hot water after midnight. This is unacceptable and incomprehensible for the price paid by the guest, which is not small. We were travelling with two children, one of whom was ill and sweating profusely. We could not even offer him a shower. The host must be aware that the guests are also women, who need hygiene throughout the night when they have their monthly periods. Very disappointing! The price list on the website is also a bit disappointing, as it specifies the prices for broken glasses, cups, etc. In 25 years of visiting Kronplatz, we have never seen anything like this. Of course, the guest does not come to break the apartment, but to enjoy it, but sometimes accidents happen. It would have been business professional to cover the broken glass within the accommodation, if it had not been a deliberate act. Very few changes would be needed for a clean 10 points. ​

We liked everything.it was a beautiful spot walking distance to everything. The hosts were lovely.
