Very clean good hosts

Extremely Unclean Conditions: The accommodation was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. It was not only dirty but posed potential health and safety hazards. Significant mould growing out of the walls, substantial mould in all rooms throughout house. One bed with no adequate bedding, another with make up on mattress sheet, and dirt marks on bedding. Unclean, inside kitchen cupboards with dust substances and dirt. rust on the kitchen worktops. Thick build up of grime and dirt around the kitchen, dirty utensils, kitchen equipment. Dust found in all areas. Further to this the host was disrespectful when we reached out to him and asked us to buy our own towels and he would reimburse us.

Warm welcoming host was amazing.

It was very clean and very modernly decorated

The only downside is the lack of private parking when you have so many staying there. There was street parking though

We stayed at Modern Freshly Refurbed Home Luton for 3 months due to flooding in our home. This Airbnb was very welcoming and homey. From start to finish, the host Henry went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. He was always available, responding promptly and addressing most concerns immediately. The bi-weekly cleaning service kept the space immaculate, making our stay even more comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely,safe, peaceful, and just a short 12-minute walk to town, which was incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for a well maintained, well managed, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this Airbnb! 25min walk to both Luton Stations.

The sofa in the living room needs to change, doesnt accomodate 5 people and the beds could do with being firmer. Parking is a problem but thats a council problem.

The property was lovely and big, the bedroom was very nice, everyone was happy about the property, the owner was really nice and friendly.
