Very nice location, in a beautiful, silent and safe neighbourhood with parks, terraces, markets and close to city center. Metro station at 10 min and bus stations 4 min walking. Very modern, clean, comfortable and easy to access. The host is very responsive and helpful.

The storage space in the bathroom as welll as some towel hooks were not sufficient for 2 pers.

The place is cozy and elegant, good enough for 2, very generous for one (I traveled alone). It is well-equipped and easy to access. It's a safe neighbourhood - I felt safe walking around from my work venue to the apartment at night. There are shops nearby (Kaufland and other shops on Barbu Vacarescu - the immediately parallel street) and nice restaurants on Calea Floreasca. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

I like this apartment in Bucharest between Sector 1 and 2. It has an excellent location, allowing easy access to the old town and in a newly renovated old building, making it an extremely safe and desirable place to live.

While the apartment's basement location is convenient, it can get extremely hot in the summer, which is concerning. Additionally, the lack of readily available street parking in Bucharest makes it difficult if you plan to rent a car. An assigned parking facility and air conditioning are must-haves for this apartment to be an ideal choice.
