The photos on booking.com is not real the photos are of Naina Resort which in front of Kartik cottage .Kartik cottage is an old property ,however nothing wrong with property .

The rooms require refurbishment and amenities should be available like kettle, iron etc.

Be careful while booking this property, the room is a low quality copy of the rooms in the picture provided. You may think that you are getting a good deal but no. The room and the washroom were super dirty. We had to ask to change the blankets multiple times as they were dirty. We opted for a non smoking room and were given a room next to the smoking room apparently we slept the whole night smelling the smoke from the next room. The service boys are fine at least they will hear you and will get things done but the receptionist is highly unprofessional and rude. We had already informed them of our time of arrival but had to wait 40 minutes outside before check in. The parking is steep and I saw many cars struggling. Manali has a lot of options to stay so would suggest you to look for a better property with good parking and cleanliness.
