The setup, it was clean, facilitator was great

Their bed was firm, but the facilitator tried to give me more options. However, they had the same firm bed.

Oh it was gorgeous! The room is quaint and functional with the most picturesque view of brilliant-green farm at your feet. Very kind and attentive host - upgraded our stay, frequently checked-in, cautioned us of wet roads. 10/10 experience across the board.

Not the properties fault - driving on dirt roads is generally uncomfortable not enough to have any valuable impact on the overall experience.
