We really liked the beautiful garden and the hotel’s charming façade. The location is convenient, as it is close to the city center. The service was very kind and accommodating — even when we arrived late for breakfast one day, the staff still made sure to prepare something for us.

Unfortunately, the room had a very strong detergent smell. The bedsheets and mattress cover were loose and uncomfortable, and the door lock felt almost broken. Some basic amenities could be improved — the soaps provided were very small and barely enough for a couple of showers, there was no air extractor in the bathroom, and the toilet paper was very thin. There was also no proper space to store clothes, and the breakfast options were quite limited. Additionally, when paying for the stay, the hotel rate did not match the price shown on Booking, which was disappointing.

The room had a lot of noise at night. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the shower did not have hot water. The breakfast was very poor we decided to go somewhere esle even though we have it includes.

Das Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt und sehr einfach. Für den Preis ausreichend und zweckmässig. Komfort sollte man nicht erwarten. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, welches sich redlich Mühe gibt. DFsa Frühstück ist einfach aber o.k. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels in Boquet sicherlich keine Topadresse. Wir es einfach und preiswert mag, kann hier absteigen.
