Hamid le gérant est un homme très accueillant et sérieux qu'il te alaise dès la première seconde sans oublier ses personnels tres chaleureux ,compréhensif. Chokrane Hamid continue comme ça.

Quel cadre dépaysant... Nous avons passé une journée et une soirée parfaite. Aussi bien les adultes que les enfants. Un personnel au top ! Nous le recommandons sans aucun doute !

Séjour exceptionnel ! L’un des points forts de ce camp est sans aucun doute son équipe : un personnel d’une gentillesse rare, toujours aux petits soins et très professionnel. L’organisation était impeccable du début à la fin, avec une excellente communication. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les activités proposées, qui ont rendu l’expérience encore plus mémorable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son énergie positive. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Hamid, cœur sur toi ! Tu as enjolivé notre séjour par ton hospitalité. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sadly, this was the worst accommodation experiences i've had and i've slept in many accomodation throughout the years. The problems started immediately when we checked in. The room we booked was advertised as having a double bed and a single bed, but upon arrival there was only one large bed, leaving my mother without a separate sleeping space. The manager assured us he would either find another room or bring an extra bed. Neither happened, and no follow-up was provided. The dinner was another major disappointment. We paid €90 for a meal that was nowhere near worth the price. The tajine portion was extremely small, and the harira soup was cold and lacked flavour. As someone who has visited Morocco many times and whose mother is Moroccan, I know what authentic Moroccan food should be like. This felt like an overpriced tourist version that failed to deliver on quality. To make matters worse, the shower in our tent did not work. I tried to report the issue, but there was nobody available to help. The tent also had openings that allowed insects inside, making the stay even more uncomfortable. In total, we paid around €180 (€90 for the tent and €90 for dinner), which is completely unreasonable considering the quality of the experience. The stay fell far below expectations, and several promises made by staff were simply not kept. Overall, this experience significantly impacted our holiday, and neither the accommodation nor customer service has taken meaningful steps to resolve the situation.

Super séjour à The Original Camp ! Tout le personnel est très accueillant et réactif envers les clients. Amine est particulièrement arrangeant et aux petits soins, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les repas sont délicieux, et le spectacle traditionnel du soir fait passer un bon moment. La literie est confortable et les chambres sont climatisées. Le camp est calme et reposant. La piscine est très agréable, avec transats et beds, et les serviettes sont fournies chaque jour. Merci également à Hamza (qui parle anglais) et qui a été très sympathique tout au long de notre séjour.
