The place had all the acommodations we need. Kitchen was excellent.

More Water pressure in the bathroom.

Great experience the host was excellent I rate my stay here 10/10 would definitely stay here again

The owners came and gave us good supper suggestions and they even invited us to ask them anything. They prepared everything for us

I guess maybe offer paper plates for food. But honestly that’s the only thing I could think of

The owner was very friendly & attentive. Quick responses to any questions you may have. House was clean & nicely decorated. Definitely family friendly, my kids & niece had a great time. They even have some little games & drawing supplies in the dining room table drawers. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay again. Also great price for the stay.

My only suggestion would be some kind of door for some privacy between the 2 connected rooms.

The only best part was leaving the property

The owner is very rude and the place doesn’t have great air circulation.

We were in town to attend the Bills vs Saints game. It was conveniently located to go to the stadium, Niagra Falls and other Buffalo areas to site see/tour. Kitchen was equipped with all the appliances we needed for coffee (Keurig machine), making breakfast in am (toaster, pots & pans) & the biggest plus was the Ninga Air Fryer for warming up our left-over wings from Bar Bill. The neighborhood was very quiet and the few people we ran into while going to & from our vehicle to the house were very friendly. We were greeted multiple times with a GO BILLS!! The host was there when we arrived making sure everything was ready for our stay. We had a wonderful conversation with him. During our conversation he learned that our friend loved Loganberry soda as she is from the area. He surprised after he left by returning with 4 - 2 liters of Loganberry for us!! They checked in throughout our stay through text message to see how things were going and if we needed anything. We would definitely look to book again when we return in the future!!

We were very happy with our accommodations. We have no complaints and nothing we did not like.

The host was very prompt, very welcoming and warm. He checked in on us before the check in, during our stay and also at the time of our exit. The place is as featured on the photos. Very clean. Kitchen has many utensils and small appliances that came in super handy! Ample towels and napkins. I did not expect the host to leave detergent and dish washer pods but they were there - nice touch. There were umbrellas outside for us - nice touch again! The AC was turned on for us on our arrival - loved that as well!!

The location is not something I would want to live in, but having said that, it is safe and very quiet. Also close to groceries but if given a choice I would’ve liked the same house on another street :) but it’s not a con, just a personal choice !!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this host and would not recommend staying at this property. I booked the townhome/apartment two months in advance for July 11, with payment made upfront. The listing did not allow adjustments to the number of guests, which was a limitation of the hosts setup. Upon arrival at 12am on July 12, I found the doors lock was malfunctioning, leaving me stranded outside in the middle of the night. Despite reaching out to the host, they refused entry, insisting I needed to “add myself to the guest list”, which was impossible due to the system’s restrictions. This left me, a solo female traveler from out of state, with no choice but to find alternative accommodation at 2am, forcing me to book a motel for the night that cost me $200. The next morning, the host demanded full payment in cash, despite the prepayment, and had the audacity to request a positive review. This experience was not only frustrating but felt exploitative. Additionally, the neighborhood felt unsafe and far from ideal. I strongly advise against booking this property- poor communication, unreliable access, and unprofessional behavior that made this a nightmare stay.
