Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Da im ersten Zimmer das Schloss geklemmt hat, wurde mir direkt anderes Zimmer angeboten.

Beschreibung der Ausstattung stimmt nicht mit der tatsächlichen Ausstattung überein. Mein Zimmer hat zwar eine Klimaanlage diese war allerdings defekt. Insgesamt waren die Zimmer sehr heruntergekommen. Im Bad gab es kein Waschbecken mehr. Man musste das Waschbecken auf der Toilette nutzen.
