My stay at this hotel in Merzouga was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into something very special – surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the desert and a deep sense of peace that is hard to describe. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, combining elegance with warmth in such a unique and exquisite way. I immediately felt comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. What touched me the most was the incredible hospitality. I didn’t just feel welcomed – I felt genuinely cared for. The entire team is so kind, attentive, and open-hearted. It’s rare to experience such authentic warmth and generosity. The food was also exceptional – fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much love. Every meal felt like a special moment. This place is so much more than just a hotel. For me, it was a feeling, an experience, a little piece of magic in the middle of the desert. I will definitely come back. ❤️ ⸻

Nothing, we didn’t stay. We gave the keys back it was awful and not as described. And we are still waiting for a refund. Ruined our holiday

Those IS NOT A HOTEL. This is a cold room with bars on the windows and bed, and nothing else. DO NOT BOOK THIS YOU WILL REGRET IT
