From the moment we stepped into the property we felt instantly welcome. It’s what a proper B&B should be. The welcome was warm and sincere and communication with the owner was perfect way before we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the big windows let in a lot of light that is blocked out at night by the blinds. I’d not change anything. The breakfast was plentiful, definitely enough to fuel us on our half marathon.

That we didn’t come across this B&B last time we stayed in Haarlem. Would definitely have booked instead of the soulless hotel we ended up in.

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen und man ist in wenigen Schritten in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Gastgeberin Sylvia ist super nett und hat tolle Tipps parat (auch zum kostenlosen Parken). Das Frühstück ist Champions League: verschiedene Käse, Aufschnitt, Obst, Gemüse, Marmeladen, Müsli, Joghurt, leckere Brötchen uvm.

Nichts zu beanstanden.

We loved the spacious and light-filled room on the upper floor. Sylvia is a most welcoming and engaging host. Beautiful breakfasts.
