Apartmán - vybavení interiéru odpovídá nabídce na booking. Poloha apartmánu je na jižní straně Baye Lettle. Vstup do komplexu je přes ocelovou bezpečnostní bránu u které je pro hosty hned napravo box s klíči - instrukce jsme obrželi od majitele -Fabrice, se kterým jsme se i setkali. Obdrželi jsem mnoho informací o okolí i ostrově. Ložnice je samostatná. Obývací pokoj spojený s kuchyní. Přiměřeně veliká terasa kousek na břehu zátoky Simpson bay, přes kterou lze pozorovat letiště, letadla neruší:). Cesta do apartmánu je OK - zpevněná cesta vede cca 20 metrů od hlavní silnice. Apartmán je čistý, klimatizace ve všech místnostech. Je zřetelné, že ubytování je relativně nové:). Sociální zázemí: pračka je mimo app. v přístřešku. Marigot ca cca 5 minut autem, samoobsluha 3 minuty. Carrefour - perfektně zásobený - již na Holandské straně cca 10 minut autem. Krásné pláže poblíž: Friars, Simpson bay, Mullet bay od 5-10 minut autem. Ocenili jsme okamžitou komunikace s Fabricem. Vše bylo Ok a dovolenou jsme si užili. Bezpečné a klidné místo. Děkujeme:)

Very nice and spacious apartment with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. You will find there everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioners are in both rooms. Very nice, responsive and communicative host. Not far from the apartment you can find shops, petrol stations, other beaches. The airport opposite does not create any noise at all, but it was nice to watch the planes departing. I was in Saint-Martin for my work, but I would love to come back again as soon as I have the opportunity. I highly recommend this apartment.

The quiet location. Nice view from outdoor space. Safe and secure. Friendly and welcoming host, Fabrice. I was greeted with birthday chocolates! Such a nice gesture. Walking distance to nice beaches and Marigot.

It was a bit hard to get around without a car. Had to stay in the area. Hard to book excursions since they wouldn't pick me up at the accommodation. So location is tough without a car. Otherwise, all else was very nice. Met my expectations.

Well equipped, modern apartment in gated area with great views from the deck across the harbour towards the marina. Great location for Marigot and beaches. Fabrice, host, very responsive and helpful.
