The unit has no air conditioning or fan in sight when Pretoria is known for its hostile hot conditions. It was a very uncomfortable hot night, as they also do not have any complimentary bottled water in a area that is Cholera stricken

Clean and kind staff

The room didn’t have an aircon and it was hot when I got there.. the fridge wasn’t working properly

The location was perfect, and it was easy to check in. The size of the room was great and it was nice and clean. It was great that the room had an iron. We felt very safe.

Unfortunately, there were a number of less than pleasant aspects: 1. The room had no aircon, fan or extractor fan. In the middle of Pretoria summer heat, this was unbearable. We were sweating non-stop and could not open the curtains as it was too hot. 2. The tap in the kitchenette was broken. 3. There is a glass window into the bathroom with no frosting. Fortunately my husband and I have been together a very long time, but the bathroom has no privacy for newer couples/ friends or family. 4. The host was not flexible about early check-ins. We understand that profitability is important, but our friends stayed in an apartment upstairs, with all of the above boxes checked (most importantly, strong aircon), AND their host allowed them to check in hours early at no additional cost. It's the little things that make a big difference.

Dit was lekker naby aan waar ons wou wees. Lekker groot kamer met genoeg spasie.

Ons het nogal ń aircon of dak waaier gemis..dit was nogal warm die 2 aande. Daar was vreeslik baie muskiete wat gepla het. BAIE. Die kamer was heel skoon behalwe bo die geel bed kopstuk was ń dik stoflaag. Die yskas se vrieshokkie was ook oorys en daar was n sak ys reeds vas gevries met ons aankoms. As ook n skildery wat van die muur af was en stukkend gebreuk het..het agter by die TV op die vloer gestaan. Ons het ontvangs dadelik gebel en ingelig en hulle het net gesê hulle weet daarvan.
