Eden Beach Resort - TIE

Swimming pool and property location.

Breakfast, room comfortness.

Location is not good. They provided only room. 1. Wifi was not working 2. They didn't recharge tv till night 9pm 3. No foods, snacks, coffee or tea in resort. We have to order in online apps only. It will take more than 45 mins. 4. Only one staff ( cleaning person) will be available . No one is available to supervise or to ask any help during our stay. For everything we have to call the so called manager ( who is not present physically). 5. They didn't even provide a 10 rs packaged drinking water. They provided only water in the plastic jug. 6. No towels after shower, no paste, brush. 7. They have a room which is very small ( so called deluxe ). Roof is covered with synthetic glass which reflects lightning and thunder. 8. Breakfast was not provided till 9 am ( they will make arrangements from outside). 9. Swimming pool is very small ( it's like pond) Worst experience. Waste of money.
