"Property owner wasn't present at agreed upon time (nor an hour later), and was nonresponsive by text"

We didn't stay at this place. We reached the location at the agreed upon time, and the owner was at church. We left for an hour, returned, and they were still at church. I asked for a refund as we couldn't even access the property, but the property owner never responded.

Owner was incredibly nonresponsive. I don't know whether the property would have been a good stay because we couldn't get in. The property owner was at church. Also, it's not super clear that you are staying at someone's home (while they are supposedly still there). It somewhat ended up being serendipitous because we wanted more privacy anyways. I had to contact my credit card company to get the refund, unfortunately.

CLEAN! So clean, the entire place (including the tub and floors) was spotless and so comfortable. Check in and out were both extremely flexible and the family below was so nice and accommodating. Right next to a gas station as well. Come w complimentary hairdryer, soap, and shampoo. AMAZING! QUIET AREA TOO despite being next to a busy road.
