"Nice and safe place to stay with kids."

Excellent Location near airport. I was returning from Ha Long Bay and had to stay for the day while we waited for our flight in the evening from Hai Phong. They have a small area in the front of the hotel where my kids spent some time on the swing while we sat and enjoyed our coffee they served. Staffs are so friendly - I ordered 2 coffee and 1 shake (my younger kid didn't want), but they gave a complementary shake for the younger kid as well..!! They also came and gave us a reminder when it was time to leave for the airport, so nice..!! They gave us a complimentary ride to Airport (which was hardly 10 mis away).

The host was very friendly. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed for the stay.

If you want to stay at the accommodation you need to bring mosquito spray. There were many mosquitoes!

extremely uncomfortable bed. weird smell in room. also at 7 am there was a PA system from somewhere behind the home stay that was blasting a very long song that lasted several minutes.

"Great place to stay near the airport"

This place is great and peaceful. The room is confortable. The shared area are really nice and the coffee is good. The staff is kind and helped us a lot to book our transportation to Cat Ba and Airport.

Possible improvement: there were small spots on the towels (but we can't say it wasn't clean)
