Hotel Stay Heyyum

Location is great, room is spacious

Changing of check in time to be an hour later without apologising or explaining reasons of it being different from what's stated in the booking. Booking mentioned 15:00 while message from the property a day before the booking date mentioned that room was ready by 16:00. No direct answer whether we can at least leave our luggage at 15:00 was provided.

Distance from Seoul, couldn’t find eating utensils.

Room is wide, aswell as bathroom. Host is very kind.

I liked it had a private bathroom and a decent door. I could talk to the staff by the booking.com message center if I had any questions. The room had lighting options to be bright or dimmed depending on your preference.

The beds are hard and had hair in them. The bathroom appeared clean with small bugs and hair in the bathtub. The room contains heat amazing well. Don’t need a sauna. The supposed air conditioner was for decoration only. I was told if it’s hot open a window. The room was run down. It had a stale smoky smell even though it was suppose to be smoke free. I am sure it was a nice place when it opened up years ago. It looked nothing like the photos. And the neighborhood is sketchy. Be careful if you are a solo woman traveler. There are better places to stay. You will never see staff in the hotel. The only way to talk with them is thru the booking.com message center. A fellow traveler helped me work the locked door and passcode. I am grateful for the fellow travelers being so kind.

Location

The accommodation was relatively close to the airport, allowed on-site payment, was affordable, had an elevator, and offered spacious and clean rooms. It was also convenient to have a convenience store nearby. However, it was very inconvenient to have to buy garbage bags separately to dispose of trash. Also, the front desk staff were rarely present.
