Very professional and friendly staff. Hilary was very helpful and even offered take us to Arusha as the accommodation is located in suburb of Arusha so a transport needed if visiting Arusha. Great, tasty breakfast and very relaxing environment. If you would like to see a real life and be away from hustle and bustle of the town this is a perfect place to stay. Very happy customers. Loft room where we stayed on second night, bathroom and toilet a bit tiny but do the job.

Hillary the owner has excellent customer service. We got lost and he took his time to come for us 3km away. He went ahead to upgrade our rooms at no cost.

They can have some variety for breakfast. Offer variety of restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner - they don't offer these. For those who just want to stay indoors It is quite a distance from Arusha CBD on a rough road

I loved the place, very friendly staff, the day trips organized were great especially to Lake Duluti. I loved my room, I would definitely come back again.

The only issue I had is the shower and toilet were too squeezed in a small area. I stayed in the upstairs room with a balcony.

Hilary was so helpful. He helped us to organize our Safari. It was the best 2 days Safari. He was so helpful for all our requests. Everything was perfect 🤩 !(the staff is so helpful and nice, the rooms, the food, the location). I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Arusha. We will come back for sure.
