"Lovely hotel, great location definitely would recommend"

Beautiful room very well presented. Great location exceptional clean and decor carefully designed.

Street parking only maybe difficult in high season due to parking restrictions. Access to the rooms was quite steep and narrow stairs. Fridge on floor was not in keeping with room but a useful addition. Breakfast options were varied

Breakfast was fantastic. Cooked to order Not kept warm in a bans marie like most hotels

If i was to be picky … Stairs carpet needs cleaning or replacing But thats constructive criticism if any. Fabulous we will be back

"Lovely autumn morning waking up here and to the view I did"

Rooms, view and location all perfect and Noto’s coffee shop open from 07.30am which is next door to the house.

No parking on site, though there is sufficient street parking around the house. No gym either but with the beach so close - not a real issue.
