It stated breakfast provided. No breakfast. It does need some cosmetic touch ups. The towels were hard and rough.

NO AC!!!! TEMP WAS 92 DEGREES INSIDE!! MAIN BATHROOM TOILET SEAT BROKEN AND PINCHED YOU EITHER GETTING UP OR SITTING DOWN! Property mgt. Myrna, worked with me via text and got a guy out on Monday to look at and "RECHARGE" the unit assured me it would be up and running in 2 hrs. I was expecting the rest of my family on Tuesday. No AC on Tuesday!! they got in late, their 2 senior dogs could not be in a place with no AC let alone 6 adults, 2 over 70yrs old!!! They got a Motel room amazingly enough at 1 AM! The rest of us toughed it out. Also, given the wild fires still impacting the Rudusio area, alternate lodging was questionable, to say the least. Myrna tried to get a dfferent Air condtioning compay out the the property, but they wouldnt be available until Monday or something like that. So, we suggested portable AC, window units, something. they installed 3 swamp coolers: 1 large, and 2 smaller for the front 2 bedrooms. this was at 4pm Tuesday. still too hot for the senior dogs. They ended up staying at my brothers house. NOT PART OF THE PLAN!!! Once again, the rest of us toughed it out in the swamp. I had to keep getting up to fill them with water every 4 hrs to keep them from burning out. ALSO, DURING THE SWAMP COOLER INSTALL, A CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED, SHUTTING OFF THE STOVE, MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR! We lost about 200.00. in groceries!! Myrna offered another house near by that was available on Wednesday. We finally got to sit down and enjoy each others company for a few hrs before we had to fly back to Washington and 12 hrs drive to Texas, then Louisianna. I made didn't get much time to sleep!! When I made this reservation in March, I fully expected A/C. Given all this, I will be expecting a FULL refund for the time wasted over no AIr Conditioning in the desert!!!

Never did find the coffee pot. No ice or functional ice cube tray. Would be great to have nicer sheets and pillows. A bit rough in finishes. Dryer needs venting - takes a couple hours to dry a load. Narrow doors. The main level bedroom with two beds - can’t open the door all the way. It was a tough location for someone with a walker
