Comfortable, excellent parking,near city's centre,great roof terrace for all guests with beautiful panoramic view, quiet and secure

Apartment located very close to the city center, 10 min walk to the lake and all attractions. Free spacious parking, always available. Fully equipped kitchen, all well prepared. Great place to spend time, nice and silent neighborhood but still located very close to main roads and supermarkets. Hosts very friendly, great communication before and during the stay.

All was as described, no problem with anything.

Paul was a great host/owner, picked us up from and to station plus took and collected from station on our day to Venice. He gave us lots of advice and weather warnings! The local wine he gave us on arrival was very nice and. We had a couple more bottles during the week, then he gifted them to us. The apartment has3 balconies! unfortunately the times we were in it was raining, Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the area and it was made even better with Paul’s kindness and help. Supermarket nearby for groceries as we ate breakfast and made pack lunch, so many restaurants down town and out and about. You have to remember that going back is uphill, but I managed it at 76.

Excellent choice for staying in Desenzano! Beuatiful apartments, well furnished and very clean, close to the supermarkets as well as to the center. Hosts extremely helpful and kind (welcome you with a bottle if excellent Garda rosé wine😊)

The owner/operator Paolo, was amazing. His desire to serve and make your stay enjoyable was incredible. Of the 10 places we stayed in Italy this trip, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place. Paul was very kind, he gave us explanation about the place, the city, boat tours and everything that we needed. The apartment was very clean and spacious.Thanks for the great stay.

We loved the location. Close to the port, train station, town and supermarkets. Hosts Paola and Paolo were excellent and responded immediately to queries. They collected us and left us to the train station to make things easier for us with our luggage. They left us sparking water and two lovely bottles of local wine and a booklet with information on the area, with recommendations for trips and restaurants. Desenzano is a great base for visiting Lake Garda and the apartment was great. It was so clean and had an outside terrace where we enjoyed a lovely lunch with Paolo's, wine.
