Luang prabang Sunrise Garden Hotel

The room was big, bed was big and the patio out to the pool area

We got a large discount through booking.com but still think we overpaid here, would have been very disappointed paying full amount. The fridge never worked at all and when we mentioned it to staff, he said let’s see if it starts up again lol(it didn’t) Also the aircon was really loud with rattles all the time so didn’t get a lot of sleep, was only there for 2 nights so just put up with it. Some staff very good and some just going through the motions. We booked another place that was 25% cheaper and 25% better. Still gave it a 8 but that’s generous

Lovely bed, room cleaned everyday, freind staff, always ready to help Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, close to everything.

Services provided is 10/10, very helpful and friendly staffs. All amenities are fully included. Would definitely recommend for travellers who love to have pleasant stay.
