Shower was cold. No a/c control which turned on automatically to 16 degrees in the evening and then off in the middle of the night. Next to very noisy street with no insulation at windows

LIARS - FALSE ADVERTISING of amenities. I booked a room that was advertised with a functioning kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker etc. When I arrived I was given a room with no kitchen, so I complained and was moved to a room with kitchen that only had a sink and hotplate. No fridge, no microwave, no coffeemaker and no dishes. I complained and the staff ignored me until the very last day. I asked for a coffeemaker and the staff rudely said NO. I could have booked a much better room for that price, also there was no bathtub and the AC didn’t work. Street noise was awful and the staff didn’t replace the towels or toilet paper and then asked for a tip! Horrible customer service and fake kiamenities… don’t fall for it!

Beautiful setting. Charming historical hotel. Staff was great.

Not much light in the rooms. Restaurant closed too early (before 8pm). Food was never more than lukewarm.
