Room itself was great. Staff helpful and friendly.

The main door in the rooms is made of glass. It lets in way too much light and noise. Inconsiderate guests made loud noise very early in the morning. Go chat outside! We both slept poorly.

Excellent location and the staff was very helpful and flexible. We used a translation app for communication but this way we got the best local tips on public transportation and local eating places. Also helped us get a driver for a day trip. 100% recommend.

Even tho the hotel doesnr offer activities itself the woman is super helpful if you ask whatever with the translator she is always ready for you! Happy and satisfied

Really clean and tidy. Staff was awesome, I rent a good motorbike and they help me with transfer to other places.

Very clean and comfortable dorm beds with a great curtain for privacy. Charging socket and light by your bed, nice clean bedding and towels. Just what I needed for a 12 hour journey. Thrung and his mother were so very kind, helped us navigate the local buses and booked travel onwards.

Beautiful hostel in the centre of Cao Bang, only few steps from main road. Everything is new and high quality. I'm really impresed! Room and shower super clean, you can eat from floor 😄 the bed is big and comfortable, I slept like a baby

Great price, very friendly and helpful staff, great check in and check out policies (they let us check in at 5 am), very nice new rooms with great bathrooms.

The door is closed during the night so you have to message reception to let you out or press the down button twice…)

New and modern rooms, and many little details are there to make the stay very easy. The private room's beds are comfortable. It is nearly perfect here! Google translate app works well to communicate with the managers.

If there was a kitchen it would be perfect for me, because I like to make my own food sometimes. But there are restaurants near by, including a nice vegetarian restaurant next to it.

I liked everything here. Central location just near bus stop to Ban Gioc. The hotel is brand new and the building is great. I stayed in dorm and it was perfect — very spacious, modern, with cool design and nice terrace. One of the best dorms in my whole travel life. They provide water, towels and slippers. Shower was so clean and comfortable. They make cleaning everyday and even change towels. Bed is very convenient and the idea with box behind your head is so nice. Hotel has elevator. On the 6th floor there’s some open space and on the 1st floor there’s boiler and cooler that you can use. The hosts are very kind and caring people who are always ready to help. I was lucky and had a bonus here — all 3 days I’ve been alone in 8 beds dorm. I felt like in very good hotel. Thank you so much! Must stay place in Cao Bang <3

Excellent. Amazing value for money. It is newly built, very centrally located and close to the night market. It's a budget-style hotel (with dorm beds), but we got the whole room of 8 beds for 4 people, with 2 spotless private bathrooms inside the room. Highly recommend 💯

Nothing to complain about. Maybe a complimentary breakfast would be even more awesome.
